Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened or used products
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
